Interior Inspection

Cabinets

Inspect for proper mounting to wall and note any defects with materials. Inspect for proper operation of doors and draws.  Note issues with cabinet material and operate a representative number of doors, drawers and accessories.

Counters

Inspect for cracks, warping or any visual defects.  Checks any visible joints and make sure counter is secure.

Steps-Stairways-Balconies-Railings

Inspect for condition of steps, proper rise and run, proper railings and balusters system installation. Note defects, lack of proper components and any balusters not properly spaced.

Floors

Inspect wood, tile, linoleum or any other floor covering for damage. Note visual defects that could indicate structure damage.

Walls

Inspect the walls for cracks, structure defects, moisture damage and note condition.

Ceilings

Inspect ceilings for cracks, visible structure defects, moisture damage and overall condition.  Note material type if possible.  Use Thermal Imager and moisture meter to determine if there is an active moisture issue or observation is old damage that has not been repaired.

Interior Doors and Windows

Inspect windows for functionality and note type and condition.  Note broken seals and any missing or damaged glazing in need of repair or replacement.
